Xentric Constructions guarantees high quality workmanship throughout completion of all works. The contract agreed between Xentric Constructions and the client will clarify and set appropriate completion dates, ensuring Xentric Constructions will meet all obligations.
How long will it take for our project to be completed by Xentric Constructions?
As soon as council approval has been received, Xentric Constructions will advise you of the construction time and this will be included in the contract.

No, we do not charge.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, as per NSW Govt. requirements and regulations we are obliged to issue you with Home Owners Warranty for any work over the value of $12,000.
We will also issue our own warranty on work below $12,000.00
Are you licensed?
Yes, both Building Liscence and Carpentry Liscence.
